LEGAL BASIS

Information shall be provided, pursuant to Art. 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the Regulation or GDPR.

THE PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA. LEGAL BASIS AND DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Your personal data may be processed by the Controller for the following main purposes:

a) Provision of services covered by consent to the processing of personal data (communication; providing answers and explanations to the inquires, e.g. by e-mail, contact forms).
These activities shall be performed pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1a GDPR – we store such data until the consent is withdrawn, no longer than required by law (e.g. periods of limitation for data Controller claims).
Providing such data shall be voluntary.

b) Conclusion of an agreement of cooperation or activities aimed at conclusion of such agreement resulting from the conducted activity.
These activities are performed pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1b GDPR – we store such data for the duration of the agreement, and then it can be further stored, in order to fulfil the obligations arising from legal provisions (as long as the requirement applies).
Providing such data shall be voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the agreement (failing to provide such data shall result in inability to perform the activities specified in the agreement or inability to conclude the contract itself).

c) Providing marketing services (e.g. ads or newsletters) during the period of the agreement, pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1f GDPR (legitimate interest of the data Controller) – we store such data for the duration of the agreement, and then it can be further stored, in order to fulfil the obligations arising from legal provisions (as long as the requirement applies).

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes, upon which the Administrator shall no longer process it for the above-mentioned purpose.

d) Providing marketing services (e.g. ads or newsletters) without an agreement and/or upon termination of agreement, pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1a GDPR (voluntary data subject consent which may be withdrawn at any time) – we store such data until the consent is withdrawn, and then it can be further stored, in order to fulfil the obligations arising from legal provisions (as long as the requirement applies).

Providing such data shall be voluntary and the consent may be withdrawn at any time.

ENTITIES WHICH MAY BE PROVIDED WITH PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be transferred to third parties if required by law (e.g. at the request of public authorities or in case of asserting rights in court). Your personal data may also be transferred on the basis of an agreement for entrusting the processing of personal data to an external company in the scope of maintaining IT services. DATA SUBJECTS

1. You shall have the right to access data and request its rectification (shall it be inconsistent with the actual state), delete or limit (in cases provided for by law).

2.To the extent that the basis for processing of your personal data shall be the premise of the legitimate interest of the Controller, you shall have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

3. To the extent that the basis for processing of your personal data shall be a consent, you shall have the right to withdraw the consent. It shall not affect the lawfulness of processing, based on consent before its withdrawal.

4. To the extent that your data shall be processed for the conclusion and performance of the agreement or processed on the basis of the consent in an automated manner, you also shall have the right to transfer personal data. You may send data to another data Controller. The right to transfer data shall not apply to data that is a business secret, the right may not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others, including trade secrets or intellectual property rights, and shall be implemented to the technically feasible extent.

5. You also shall have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body dealing with protection of personal data.
